strength training
Strength training is an absolute must to becoming a better football player. Strength has a great deal of how you perform in the field. Colliding with another person and getting him of you requires for you to use your chest. Most physical athletes use their chest to push of another player to either get him off or to drive him to the floor. When a football player are of the field they are required to strength train on obviously take supplements to help on their performance. By working in their speed and strength it helps them perform a lot better on the field. Most high school athletes work on strength training and speed work to improve their performance. Usually a fast high school player running 4,4 4,5 running 40 yards in 4.4 or 4.5 seconds is pretty fast and will get colleges looking at you just because of your speed but you must be able to use it on the field. Lifting heavy weight helps the muscle get use to heavy weights the more you lift the better you’re off. You must also know how to train properly so you don’t damage a muscle or a tendon. Lifting the wrong way could give you a big disadvantage on the field because you can it worse.
